The complimentary breakfast was delightful and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. The restaurant on the ground floor was fully booked, but we were able to dine there on the weekend. The food and atmosphere were truly amazing.
The lighting in our room was very dim, making it difficult to see and get ready in the morning. A brighter light near the mirror would have been helpful.

This luxurious boutique hotel in downtown Mexico City is a gem. the beautifully restored building with its historic charm offers exclusive amenities, including a rooftop pool, and a restaurant serving a delicious take on Mexican cuisine. the warm staff provides excellent service and makes every effort to fulfill guests' needs. Rooms are well-furnished, and the private facilities are exceptional. the central location offers easy access to various historic venues, perfect for exploring the city.
Our only complaint was the lack of natural light in the interior room. the staff was accommodating and provided extra lighting, but it didn't make up for the lack of windows.

Staying here was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and the full body massage, were outstanding. the sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers with beach umbrellas and a perfect panoramic view. the restaurant served delicious in-room breakfast and had a snack bar with special diet menus. the location advantage was great.
The room design was modern and functional, but the air conditioning did not work properly. Although they provided fans, it was still uncomfortable due to the heat.
